This page describes what we collect when you use olenations and how we keep that data protected. When you create an account, deposit funds via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet, or place bets on Liga 1, Piala Indonesia, Piala AFF, Champions League, or other games, you provide personal information. We explain here what we collect, why we collect it, and how we safeguard it.
We operate olenations in supported jurisdictions only. Our servers may sit outside your jurisdiction, so data transfers happen across borders. We encrypt all data in transit between you and olenations
Your connection to olenations uses HTTPS encryption. Payment details are never stored on our servers in plain text. KYC documents are stored with encryption and accessible only to our compliance team.
Data Retention and Deletion
We keep your account data as long as your account is active. If you close your olenations account, we retain basic transaction records and KYC documents for seven years to comply with anti-money-laundering law. We delete other personal information within 30 days of account closure, unless legal requirements force us to keep it longer. You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by contacting support, subject to these legal constraints.
If you request data deletion and we cannot comply due to legal holds, we will tell you which data we must retain and why. If your account has pending withdrawals or disputed transactions, we retain the relevant data until the dispute is resolved.
Your Rights and Our Obligations
